Products will be delivered by SF-express once the order is confirmed.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased at our Retail store or online shop are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for quality issues only.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged by personal usage or personal preference;

  2. Missing order receipt;

  3. Products without quality issues;

  4. Exceeded the return time period;

  5. Free sample or gifts from AromaxFarm.

Refund or Returned items regarding quality issues:

  1. Quality issues Items must be returned within 3 working days (as determined by the date of signature on the successful delivery). Please contact our customer service by Facebook message and follow our instructions to make a refund or returned.

  2. Please come to our retail shop for the return and refund process with the products and receipt.

Important notes:

  1. The refund amount is made according to the purchase price.

  2. Only one return or refund can be processed for each order.

  3. Once the return process is completed, the points earned by the item will be deducted accordingly from your online account based on our Points Policy.
